Knoxville, TN has a lot of places to swim, which include outdoor public pools and indoor public pools. There are also many splash pads, so you can check those out too! Our family has been very pleased with Gulf Park Recreation’s membership plan. We have a family of six and utilize the pool very often during the warm months. Also can serve as host for parties for church youth or scouting organizations.
